Congratulations to all our Lewis Eady Junior Music Contest for Piano 2019 Contestants. What an incredible day it was - 160 piano performances by young pianists before crowds of enthusiastic family and friends.
Our dedicated adjudicators - Teresa de Vries and Melody Deng, along with Adjudicator Assistant Lawrence Wong – were kept busy as they listened intently and prepared constructive and positive feedback reports for every contestant.
All deserving performances were acknowledged with a Gold, Silver or Bronze certificate. Each session one contestant won an Irene Rhodes Beck Award. And at the end of the day, one supreme overall winner received the Lewis Eady Cup - Most Promising Pianist 2019.
